Kari was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. She has almost 25 years of experience in grant management, procurement and contracts. A graduate in business administration from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, her career has benefited from working with non-profits, healthcare in both hospital and clinic settings, higher education research and development and most recently, in the oil and gas industries. Kari brings a wealth of knowledge in the legal aspects of procurement and contracting, risk assessment and mitigation strategies, business change management and process improvement.
