Tribal Data Sovereignty

Ravenkey recognizes that tribal organizations maintain inherent sovereign authority over data pertaining to their members, operations, and programs. Any data shared with us by a tribal client remains subject to that tribe’s data governance policies and applicable tribal law. We will not disclose, transfer, or use tribal data in any manner inconsistent with the tribe’s data sovereignty or without explicit written authorization from the tribal client.

OVC Grant Data Handling

For clients receiving Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) funding through OVC grant programs, we adhere to the confidentiality requirements set forth in 34 U.S.C. u00a7 20101 and applicable VOCA grant conditions. All OVC-related documentation and personally identifiable information (PII) is stored securely, access-restricted, and handled in accordance with federal grant compliance standards.

Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) for all website traffic
  • Secure, access-restricted storage on managed infrastructure
  • Regular software updates and security monitoring
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only

Website data is stored on Namecheap EasyWP managed WordPress hosting. Service-related documentation may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access limited to Ravenkey personnel and client designees.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and inquiry data for up to 12 months. Service-related documentation is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 3 years, or as required by applicable grant recordkeeping requirements (typically 3 years from final grant closeout per 2 CFR u00a7 200.334).

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each of which operates under its own privacy policy:

  • Namecheap EasyWP u2014 Managed WordPress hosting (server logs, essential cookies)
  • Cloudflare Turnstile u2014 Bot detection on contact forms (privacy-preserving CAPTCHA alternative)

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or tracking services on this website.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Opt out of communications at any time

Alaska Data Breach Notification
