Services
Ravenkey LLC (“Ravenkey”) provides WordPress development and maintenance, DevOps and infrastructure consulting, AI tooling development, and system monitoring services as described in the applicable service agreement or statement of work.
Engagement and Payment
Fixed-price engagements are billed as agreed in the applicable statement of work. Monthly subscription services are billed on a recurring basis. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the work product specifically developed for the client transfer to the client. Ravenkey retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Ravenkey liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Ravenkey be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
